Building resident leaders to strengthen Baybrook

In 2016, more than 100 stakeholders came together in a year-long process to develop a Community Vision and Action Plan.

 

This year, GBA will be updating our Plan to guide the next decade of revitalization in the Baybrook community. We are seeking planning organizations and firms to partner with us on developing this plan.

 

Qualified organizations/firms will have experience leading community-driven strategic plans, experience in housing and economic revitalization, familiarity with Maryland funding streams, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to translate data into accessible, easy-to-understand strategy components.
