Brooklyn Grocery
3570 S Hanover St
This project included two commercial properties - one occupied by the convenience store Brooklyn Grocery and another vacant space we hope to get rented soon! We replaced stucco wall cladding that was in disrepair with durable aluminum siding, installed new commercial windows and doors and some classic gooseneck lighting, and finished things off with some beautiful handpainted signage. Completed 2024
Dr. Car Wash
5908 Ritchie Hwy
We employed the incredibly talented Marly McFly to install this Pokemon and transformer-themed mural at Dr. Car Wash in Brooklyn Park, and we are thrilled with the results. Kid-friendly, on theme with the business's services, and expertly executed - what more could you ask for? Completed 2024

For this project, we designed, fabricated, and installed new signage and window decals. We also replaced a torn awning and commissioned custom handpainted signage and door designs. Completed 2022

Signage, decals, and a custom handmade fence made up this project. The fencing was designed to protect the daycare participants from falling over the low wall, as well as to add a visual appeal and extra security to the property. Completed 2022

This BFIG project involved a large business owner investment made possible by the incredible 0% ACR Loan from GBA's partners at the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation. We are so impressed by the vision that totally revitalized this vacant property on Ritchie Hwy! Completed 2022

Franks Bay Tavern

We hired a designer and painter to create a sign for Frank's that drew inspiration from the warehouse advertisements found around Curtis Bay, and we could not be happier with the results. New signage, lights, a cornice, and the removal of obstructions over an existing glass block window made this one of our favorite facade projects. Head over to Curtis Bay to check it out and stop in for a beer while you're at it! Completed 2022
